Four legacy defects are fixed on this screen.
(1) The header said 0 out of 2 answered while the bars beneath reported 1 resp / 100% —
here every denominator comes from one count, so header and bars agree.
(2) Percentages were each option as a share of itself; here they are a share of the
respondents who answered that question, and the denominator is printed under every card.
(3) The survey list claimed 11 responses / 73% completion while the summary denominator was 2;
here the list, the strip above and the cards read the same number.
(4) Toggle Columns listed six questions while only four cards rendered; here the list
and the cards are generated from one array and cannot diverge.

Argue with the Filter popover. Legacy's holds exactly one field, Timeframe —
and the global reporting period in the top bar already scopes this page. A second, narrower
time control inside a popover is either a duplicate or a trap: two time scopes, one of them
invisible once the popover closes. It is built as observed, and the chip below shows when it
is narrowing the period, so at least it cannot hide.

The legacy Responses tab is broken — an empty, headerless table on every survey,
verified on both surveys that have responses. Only the existence of the surface and its
toolbar (Filter, Clear all, export, toggle columns) is evidence. This grid is
the drill-down that toolbar implies, built from the same answers that feed the Summary tab,
so the two always agree. It is a proposal, not an observation.
