The portfolio lens on internal people — every person, the accounts they serve, and how
much of the feedback asked about them actually came back.
Beta means: the answer-% denominators and the group dimension are proposals, not
settled contracts; the numbers below are demo data.
People you are here
Portfolio / aggregate lens — everyone at once, grouped, compared, with the
answer-rate pair.
Legacy's own People metrics never loaded. In the captured tenant the three metric bar
cells on every person row stayed flat grey skeletons indefinitely — measured past 16 seconds,
never resolving. Nothing about the real behaviour of this area could be read from it. The rows
below are built from what the columns say they are, on demo data, and they render — that
is the fix. Do not read these values as observed legacy behaviour.
Internal people· aggregate first, then per person
One person, several owners — so a rule was needed. A person can serve accounts
belonging to different account owners. This view files each person under the owner of
their largest account by ARR, so nobody is counted twice. Some people are also
account owners themselves, which is why a name can appear both as a block header and as a
row. invented legacy never said how it resolved this.
“Group” was undefined in every source. Legacy shows a Groups tab here and a
Groups option in the KPI grouping selector, but the tab was never opened and no
source says what a group is. This prototype proposes the definition:
a group is a named collection of internal people (Delivery, Advisory, Support) —
a reading that fits both places it appears. The definition is the deliverable; the tab is
just where you can see it. Use Manage groups to reassign people or add a group.
