Development points
Named themes raised in survey answers on this account.
mentions, not a score

Unit conflict. Legacy counts mentions — how many answers named the theme. The prototype's “Development areas & strengths” card shows an unexplained 5–8 score whose scale is documented nowhere. These are not the same quantity, so this card states its unit and does not reuse the prototype's number. Click a theme for the answers behind the count.
Growth opportunities
Each opportunity is for a named offering. Click an offering to filter.
D-19. Legacy has a beta card here whose chips render greyed and empty (“Offering 1…Offering 4…”) and whose counts do not filter anything — the feature is unobservable, so it is not reproduced. What legacy has and the prototype lacks is the offering: the named product or service an opportunity is for. That is what this card carries, and here the counts do filter.
Survey rounds
Pick a round; the comparison below switches to it.
Two lenses or three? Legacy shows the round as two columns — the Customers survey against the Internal survey. The prototype instead stacks three lenses (customer, internal, account owner) in one timeline and has no round selector at all. The two systems disagree on how many lenses an account has. This view supports both rather than silently picking one: the segmented control switches between legacy's two-column form and the prototype's third, account-owner column.
